We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you aren't, notify us within 14 days of purchase, and we'll refund your full payment; No questions asked!

Please apply for a refund by emailing us the following:

1. Your Order ID (which looks like TUR999999-9999-99999.)
2. The email address you used to buy.

You cannot get a refund if you have already used an image created with the software for gifts or business purposes.

After receiving your refund, you must stop using any images created with the software, whether before or after the refund. You need to delete all digital copies and destroy all printed copies of these images.

This money-back guarantee only applies to our Mac and Windows PC apps purchased from our website. It does not apply to purchases made from the Mac App Store.

This guarantee is valid only for your first order. If we refund that order, you cannot use the 14-day money-back guarantee for any future purchases.

This money-back guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals.

This money-back guarantee does not apply to edition upgrade orders. For example, consider upgrading from Home edition to Professional edition. In that case, this money-back guarantee will not apply to the Professional edition order.
